Akasya Apartments in Lefkosa, which consist of 13 blocks and each block comprises 6 three-bedrooms and 2 two-bedrooms. Apartments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 have a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, guest toilet, bathroom, and two balconies. Apartments 7 and 8 have a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and two balconies.
(1) 3-bedroom apartment area: The covered area including the walls and the enclosed balconies total 126 m2. Closed balcony area: 11 m².
(2) 2 bedroom apartment area: 78 m² including the walls. Open terrace area: 40 m².
Carrier system is reinforced with concrete BS20, steel ST3
Partition Walls 10x25x30 cm perforated brick, as according to the project 10 cm vertical or 25 cm horizontally laid.
Embeded with 3 cm heat insulation foam on concrete slab and reflective paint on 3 mm water insulation membrane.
1. Flooring Materials & Properties:
A) Kitchen, wc and bathroom floors are ceramic.
B) Entrance hall, living room, dining area, corridor, bedrooms and balconies flooring is a composite stone.
2. Wall finishing work:
A) Saloon, dining area, hall, corridor, walls of bedrooms 2 hand plaster over 3 hand cement based plaster. Plastic paint on the ready-made plaster, plastic paint in the color chosen by the author, water-based plastic paint on the third hand cement-based plaster in the ceilings.
B) 3 hand cement based ready-to-use plaster for tiles, tiles and walls outside the cupboard between kitchen counter tops and suspension cupboards. Water-based plastic paint with color to choose from on the ready-made plaster. Ceilings Water-based plastic paint on 3rd hand cement based ready-to-use plaster.
C) Tiles till WC and the walls in the bathrooms are aligned with the door. All of the remaining areas are water based plastic paint on 3 hand cement based ready-to-use plaster.
3. Woodwork & Aluminum Work:
A) Kitchen counters and cupboards, covers in accordance with project and details, mdf lam, counter top laminant worktop.
B) Overhead binocular steel housing.
C) Interior doors composite door, circle entrance door wood.
D) Bathroom and toilet windows double glazed aluminum wing, kitchen door with guardrail aluminum, all other windows and sliding doors double glazed aluminum.
E) Aluminum balcony balustrades on the balconies of the apartments and on the balustrades to approve the author.
F) Two bedrooms on the whole of the apartments, suitable for the project and details.
4. Water tanks, fittings and fittings:
A) Two-ton polyurethane water tank for each circle on the roof, press control and 1 hp water motor.
B) One tonne polyurethane water tank for each flat on the roof, hot water thermosiphon and 2 solar panels.
